Halo Wars is my third most played Halo game of all time and may be my 2nd favorite.. I can't wait.

Is that a new unit flying there? I've never seen anything like it before.. Forerunners confirmed?

Oh well, i'm going to make an event for the Halo Wars 2 beta, assuming it's multiplayer.

I'm kinda hoping the Beta is just a level or two of the campaign, though that's just because that's what I enjoyed. To this day one of the few Halo achievements I'm missing is the multiplayer stuff, mostly because I'm just not really good at RTS.

But I'll give whatever they drop a try, and I'm excited to see more!!

Well, to be fair the multiplayer achievements in Halo Wars took A LOT of time and effort. It'll be interesting to see what the "Beta" includes.

I'll check this out, although I loved HW1 I was never too fond of the PvP aspect of it. I generally just played against the AI.

I'm more interested in the Halo lore aspect. After the clusterfuck of a story that was Halo 5 I want to see a story that can install some faith in the direction of the franchise and answer some questions and clarify some points.

Honestly I think this may be the best Halo game in 6 years.

Especially with Creative Assembly at the helm.

So now that the game is out, has anyone played it long enough to have a solid opinion on it? I got the prerelease and have played it off and on. I like the story so far and its nice seeing the old art make its way back. I never was good with the multiplayer side of Halo Wars and that seems to have transitioned to HW2 as well. I do like the firefight and all that though. I can see myself playing a lot of custom games at some point just like I did with Halo Wars.
