Re: 90s Music Nostalgia

Those songs were both really fun. Now I want to go back and listen to all the songs that were referenced in the second one. But first I have to listen to it again and figure out what they all are. Edit: I listened to it again and figured most of them out. Lit - My Own Worst Enemy Sum 41 - Fat Lip Bl...

Re: New Here

Oh cool! I've always been curious about those and if they're worth the cost? At work I mainly do scripting with Powershell, but at school it's Python and Java. Do you have a github? I'll let you know if it was worth it if I ever get a job. :) The program I did was not terribly expensive, and I had ...

Re: New Here

Welcome!

What kind of coding are you into? I recently finished a coding bootcamp program and am trying to get into a developer position. I mostly did web development: Javascript, C#, .NET.

Burnout 3. I have that.

I also have Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition, which is actually the only reason I know any of the words to "Real Big" by Mannie Fresh.

Which way do you scroll?

So I just got a new laptop, and the first setting I had to change was the scroll direction. On my personal devices, all my touchpads and scroll wheels are set to move the scroll bar of the window. So when I pull my fingers down on the touchpad, the scrollbar moves down the page. But most of the time...

Re: Classic Quotes

In a lobby waiting for umdz to get back from the bathroom so we can start the game, someone asks a question using a comical, childish voice. (I think it was dodging ruby, but I'm not sure. Correct me if I'm wrong.) Ruby: If you could be any super hero which one would you be? Helmonkey: The one that'...

Re: Brick's bike commute adventures 2016

I had my first real experience riding in the snow this winter. On my road bike with terrible tires. It was so much fun! When I left to go to the bar that night, it was just starting to snow and the roads were clear. When I got to the bar, there was a light dusting of snow but it was coming down hard...

I'll stand with you on that one. One-winged Angel is excellent for the final boss, but that standard boss battle jam rocks in just the right way.

biggest surprise movie: Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. I couldn't think of a movie, so you get this incredible game that's almost a movie. biggest disappointment movie: Barb Wire. Not nearly enough naked Pamela Anderson for my teenage libido. best book adaptation movie: There aren't many book movies ...

Re: Gears of War 4

Apparently playing through the first GoW was enough for Microsoft to consider me a "loyal Gears of War fan," so they sent me a code to unlock an "Operations Gear Pack" In Gears 4. I'm assuming that's a micro-transaction thing like a req pack, so whoever claims it first can have i...
