This is my favorite way to have eggs since trying it out once.

Eggs with chips thrown in and mixed with the yoke before it has time to cook so it will cook into the chips.

Since we have quite a few members from the UK and other parts of Europe, what exactly do you mean by "chips"?

I think he means Fries as you amercians call them not the crisps as we call you chips in the uk

however jazzy Tortilla Chips are still called that in the uk

Then there are migas. You use corn tortillas(not chips atm)

Fry up the tortillas, and then add and scramble the eggs into them.
