love cachaca, its my new spirit, ill make one of these later and take a pic for you Euro.

Cachaca is a rum made from un-refined sugar cane, its the national drink of Brazil tastes like tequila whisky and rum all mixed up, smooth!

if you like it, try the:
Strawberry Fields Basil Caipirinha
Rasta Mule

i also need to post the cachaca mojito, best mojito EVER!

i picked up a bottle of Bacardi 151 for last weekend and i came up with one of the best drink's i have ever made. Pour in as much 151 as you can handle, fill at least equal amount with Mango Arizona and top it off with a little bit of Monster, (no more than 1/4 of the total drink). This is now my official drink! It was amazing but you couldn't really taste how much booze was in it so it's one of those that would sneak up on you if your not careful lol.

anyways, just thought i'd share my recipe with ya'll. anybody got any suggestions i could try? I'm mostly a rum guy but it's not outside my style to get some vodka on occasion.
