Auto Cocktail

1 shot Dubonnet
1 short Brandy

chill both, shake briefly and serve in small flutes or tall shot glasses.

its a bit of an aperitif.

Chocotini

1 part Vodka
1 part White creme de cacao
A dash of cointreau
1 part kahlua

Shake everything but the kahlua together over ice and pourn into a martini glass. Pour the Kahlua gently into the glass and it'l settle to the bottom. Serve with a cocktail cherry

Cocktail Blue Buddha - made this one from memory, had it in Ba Hoi in Sheffield, about 10 years ago.

for one person

1.5 vodka
0.5 blue curacao
0.5 archers
0.25 lemon
0.25 lime
0.5 sugar syrup

all together in a tin, shake with ice, strain over crushed ice.



5/5 clean and more interesting than the standard vodka mix, blue looks awesome too.

Cocktail: What a day.

1 Apricot Brandy
1 Brandy
Dash of Lemon Juice to taste(more can be added later, but you'll know how sweet you like it by now )
Splash of Orange Juice
place all but the ornage juice in the a tin and shake with ice, pour over a few ice cubes and then splash the orange juice over the floating ice to get the two layered effect.



5/5 the apricot brandy is watered down with...brandy and its very tasty.

Watermelon Martini

1 lemon juice
1 Midori melon liqueur
2 vodka
4 fresh watermelon juice
1/2 limoncello

shake with ice and serve in a martini

comes out kiwi coulerd, but its yummy!




yummy well balanced, but if you like it a little less tart, add some grenadine 5/5

Blue Monday

1 shot Tequila
1 shot Drambuie
1 shot Blue Curacao
Lemonade

fill a high ball with ice

mix the tequila and drambuie and Curacao pour into glass top up with a little lemonade and stir.



Hint of whisky, a little sweet, a mans long cocktail mind . 4/5

The Glamour Martini
1.5 Vodka
0.5 Cherry Brandy
2 Orange Juice
0.5 Lime Juice

Orange rind twist.

Shake all ingridients with ice and garnish with the orange rind.



4/5 nice, bit tart for my tastes by no means girly, add a little grenadene if you like em a bit sweeter!

This one was tried and recomended by XxxxJammyxxxX but was without a name, therefore due to the mead content and his penchant for anything medieval it is now called:

Ingredients:
3/4oz cream
2oz mead
1 spoon of honey
1oz white brandy
1/4oz dark brandy (just use bog standard brandy if you arent fancy)

I also added a quick grating of nutmeg just to finish it off and give it some pazaz

Zombie Prince:
dash angostura bitters
1 white rum
1 golden rum
1 dark rum
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 orange juice
1/2 grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar

pour over ice and stir
