Or better yet Handsome (see what i did there), as a man whose had many mouthfulls of JIm Beam white label - Give us a review

Well Josh, I usually only switch to whiskey when, as I stated before, I have had enough beer and I am getting tired of having to go to the men's room every single five minutes to relieve myself yet again. My theory (could be way wrong) is that if I don't take in that much liquid, not much will need to come out.

This means that usually when I start with whiskey later in the evening, my already poorly developed sense of taste is even more diminished and not much registers except that it is alcohol and that it makes me feel good.

Nevertheless, let's see if I can remember. Now, I would say the Jim Beam opens sweet, with vanilla and caramel flavors and later a slightly woody char. Finally it feels crisp and clean (as in not very smooth, like JW Red Label) but with a gentle snap. The taste lingers for a while.

Not bad at all. I prefer the gentleness of it. Did I mention it is cheap? Hehehehe. Well, If money is your problem, you could do worse I suppose.

Sweet love from the Van

PS. I love how you call me Handsome.

Crown and a lil coke! ::lol::

That was at a restaurant...
The ones that are made at home are seriously lacking in the coke department...

yessir, it's canadian... and i agree with you on the mixer part too... some will say that Jack D. is good for mixing.. but i feel that it almost "breaks down" when mixed and alters the smoothness of the whiskey

CAOL ILA - Natural cask strength 61.6%

starts smooth sweet dries to smooky finish

i got hints of TCP, tastes amazing with chocolate!

I tried em both when i got home from work and agree, although if you want Coal Ila go for the Distillers Edition as it is so much nicer. They'll be a write up for that one when we next get a bottle which will be soon

holly crap!! between this thread and your normal drinks thread I have started to wonder... do you guys have a "budget" for your drinking? all these bottles of liquor would cost a small fortune (or a small child) where I'm from...
do you guys take turns fronting the cash or what?
