Do these maps appear anywhere in MM? If not, why were they excluded? None seem spectacular, but a greater selection of maps couldn't hurt, right?

As far as I know 343 said they didn't want to add forge maps in the beginning, probably because of Reach.

This, I kept reading their promises of NO FORGE MAPS in MM, Basically saying, Look if we say there are 8 maps, there are 8 FREAKING MAPS.

Because all I read online after reach was how sick people were of Forge maps and everything looking the same...

But anytime someone asks this and I respond with this in other places of the internet i get hit with down-votes and half-tards yelling at me for no discernible reason.
