Throughout the weekend I will do some experimenting in BTB and Dominion throughout the weekend. We started last night with Longbow, and have learned some valuable information already for Dominion.

Basically, I intend to go into matchmaking with people willing to attempt coordination in the gametype. We'll come up with a few plans for a few maps and try to execute them. If we fail or succeed, we will drop into customs/forge to experiment with angles and timings and then try again.

Hopefully, we come up with some good stuff to start laying down preliminary strategies for the maps and gametypes.

I'll be mostly late evenings on Friday and Saturday due to work, but will be on quite a bit on Sunday as I just have a concert in the middle of the day. Our no-rehearsal Handel's Messiah concert. I'll need some Halo after THAT!

I've been mostly playing domination as a random but I'm enjoying the playlist so far. So I'm in.

This is a new game, so I'm totally flexible. If there are only four of us, we'll do slayer. If five, we can do CTF or Oddball (this should be loly). If six, we'll do Dominion. Seven or more, we'll do BTB.

I'd be interested in hopping in, if you wouldn't mind. I've been playing with a lot of randoms, and I've been looking for something a bit more fun. That, and when I'm playing I'm usually running vehicles in Big Team, so I'd like to contribute my observations, if you think it might help.

I'll be out of town this weekend but if there's any parties still going on for this when I get back I'll be interested.

The game isn't actually until 5PM but I'm going to be up in Eugene at like 5AM for College Gameday so I won't be online at all on Saturday. I may be able to get on later but we'll see...

I'm free this entire weekend. I work 6-2 Saturday and Sunday morning, but I'm free at night. Shoot me an invite if you need an extra person.

I'm interested but I'm from New Zealand so time zones and lag might be an issue.

I can't really give concrete times. I'll be on when I can. I will be gone from about 13:30-4:30 (GMT -6) today. I have to tutor a kid during that period, and I'll be gone tomorrow from noon until about 16:00 for the Saints' game at least.

EDIT: Also, if you intend to play, please make sure that you are on the AB HaloWheelmen friend list or you send me a message on live so I know who to invite who isn't on my list. I'm at 98 friends, so I can't really add a bunch of new people right now.

I'm finding that my opening strategics on some of the maps are starting to become consistent often resulting in first strikes.

With the parties I've been in we've mostly been playing Longbow and Exile.
On Longbow I usually get the warthog and rush for B and try to cut off any of their rushing vehicles, if successful I then proceed to hunt down their powerweapon guys.

On Exile I usually go with Yozi right off the bat and with the help of unlimited Sprint I'm able to grab the sniper extremely fast and kill the other team making their way to Alpha.

Aside from that I've been using the banshee a lot which I enjoy more so than Reach.

I'm down, if I'm on, but it's looking less and less likely for tonight... Maybe tomorrow though, so far my day's clear
