If you just delete the default stuff on the map prior to forging a new map, you cant put as much stuff down as the budget wont allow it.

But only on Sandbox, for somereason it's not like that for the other maps

It is on the other maps, you're just more likely to notice it on Sandbox, because you can put so much stuff down.

Does the stacking include objective markers such as: default flag spawn/cap points? Hill markers? Territories? Etc?
