While checking our progress on company commendations there are a few which are more difficult to get than others. So to help with this if we created fun little challenges or targets ourselves it will be an incentive to focus on these harder commendations.
Ie. "200 Groundpounds this week" as a goal.
Duce put forward the idea that we could use the contest winner group for this also, so the person that contributes the most is rewarded.
